 Registration and conference assistants

Registration and information desks are situated in the lobby of the city theatre (conference venue).
Registration and information desks are operated by Congress Oulu and will be open as follows:

Sunday July 24    12:00 – 18:00
Monday July 25    08:00 – 16:00
Tuesday July 26  08:00 – 16:00
Thursday July 28 08:00 – 16:00
Friday July 29       08:00 – 12:30

Information desk will be manned by conference assistants also after closure of registration until the end of the programme.
Conference assistants are in your service and wear shirts with EAPR2011 colours and the logo.
Please feel free to consult them.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations received at the latest on 16th of June 2011: a full refund less a processing fee of 30 EUR. Cancellations received betweeen June 17 – July 16: 50% refund less a processing fee of 30 EUR. Cancellations received after July 16th: No refund will be made. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. 

A registration is considered binding when the participant's information has been stored in the registration data base and the participant has received the first e-mail confirmation of the received registration.
